Processing Time
Every Masiix piece is made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships (embroidered pieces, including the Red Dot Beanie and Red Dot Cap, may take a little longer, particularly the very first order of a new design). You’ll receive dispatch confirmation with tracking once it leaves our fulfilment partner.

International Shipping
After the 3–5 day production window, international orders typically take a further 2–4 weeks due to customs processing and transit. Exact times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
International orders may be subject to import taxes and duties. You’ll see either a pre-collected duty amount at checkout or a notice about potential import fees on delivery — you’re responsible for any charges either way. Contact your local customs office for country-specific details.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships. Some shipments use a dual-carrier system (an international carrier hands off to a local carrier for final delivery), so tracking may only show the first leg initially. If you haven’t received tracking within 7 business days, contact us via the contact form.
Lost or Delayed Packages
