Welcome to Masiix, a trading name of Conceptsworld ("Creator," "we," or "us"), registered in England and Wales at 20–22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom. These Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between you and Creator regarding your use of our website, provided through Fourthwall (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy.
Service Overview
We offer a website where you can purchase merchandise, including memberships and other products (“Products”).
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Eligibility age is set to 13, carried over from the original template. A deliberate decision is needed on whether 18 fits the brand and audience better — contracts with minors have different enforceability under English law.
Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password confidential. Notify us immediately at masiix-shop@support.fourthwall.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Payment Terms
Fees are shown in the currency selected at checkout. We reserve the right to determine and change pricing, with advance notice of changes. Promotional pricing may be offered at our discretion and won’t retroactively apply to prior purchases.
Memberships
Memberships may auto-renew on a recurring billing cycle. Cancel anytime via your account’s Billing tab or by contacting masiix-shop@support.fourthwall.com before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for defective Products within 30 days of purchase, with a full refund and paid return shipping. We do not accept returns or refunds for non-defective Products. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent law in your country.
Shipping
Products ship per the terms shown at checkout. You’re responsible for shipping costs shown at checkout.
Licenses
We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, revocable license to use the Service. You may not reproduce, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service, or circumvent any security features.
Feedback
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us freely, without compensation, to improve the Service.
Ownership
All Materials on the Service — including the Red Dot mark, collection names, and designs — are the property of Creator or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use the Service illegally; infringe third-party rights; circumvent security features; disrupt the Service or other users; commit fraud or impersonation; or resell/transfer your access rights.
Termination
We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use after a change means you accept the update. We (or Fourthwall) may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You may terminate your account anytime via masiix-shop@support.fourthwall.com.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Creator and its affiliates (including Fourthwall) against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties beyond what is legally required. Nothing here limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law. Purchases are a contract solely between you and Creator.
